...great washburn korean model...came without pickups and wiring in bad condition with some damages on body and bad modfications on neck...
...i refretted the neck and changed the nut with a graphite  one...took care of all the scratches and breaks..
...fixed a new wiring...
...installed a GFS pickups' set, a P90 on neck and a power rails on bridge, making the guitar to play in two modes, a jazzy - bluesy mode and a screaming hard rock one...
...this model has no tone pots but splitting pots. I changed the mode of the splitting pots to tone b pots havin' a
variety of tones...
...great all around guitar with excellent playability, action and sound...

...this guitar was made in indonesia in 1999...came in bad condition...
...two things were the most important, a wrong construction of the neck given an ungle to the trussrod make it useless...so had to repair it and refret the neck... the hardwere had destroyed from rust so had to change as much parts as i could find, mainly the floyd low profile parts...at the end i installed a pair of high output ibanez hb with new wiring, pots and output jack... the ibanez pickups gave new character to the sound..
...i think i never had in my hands a guitar with so low action and so clean notes...

...this is all about an ibanez ex350 (ex from experimental) of 1989 made in korea - an introduction to rg series - that happened to break its body...the body couldn't stably repair so i kept the neck and all the hardware and put them on another body...The new one made of basswood comes from an ibanez marine of 1988 reconstructed, sanded and painted green with a surface of nitro...i refretted and repaired the neck and installed the ibanez floyd rose, the neckplate and the output jack system from the ex 350...but not the pickups because they were too weak.... the pickguard completely wired and  with the pickups came from england from a little workshop....the pickups are handmade ceramic high output and give the 80's hard rock sound...
